Fam Farmer is a farmer-led agency connecting customers with farm-direct produce. We operate primarily in India and process personal data in line with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules issued thereunder, as applicable.

Where needed to fulfil your order, limited delivery details may be shared with the relevant farmer or fulfilment partner. They process data on our instructions and under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security. Business transfers (e.g., merger) may involve data transfer with notice as required.
